Meet the Owner
Nick Gomez
Nick moved to the Asheville area in 2021. Originally from South Florida, Nick graduated from the University of Florida with degrees in aerospace and mechanical engineering. Outside of his engineering experience in factories across the country, Nick has cut his teeth in the property caretaking world working on his own homes in the southeast, and working directly in the industry over the last year.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren, and their dog Shadow. The three of them love to venture around Asheville and its surrounding areas, kayaking the many lakes and rivers the area has to offer, and cheering on their favorite football teams in the fall.
